At Metallica Home, each piece is handcrafted with precision and care. We offer a 30-day limited warranty from the date of purchase on all fiberglass planters and tubular furniture.
This warranty covers:
•Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
•Structural issues such as cracks, deformation, or joint failure not caused by misuse
2. What the Warranty Does Not Cover
The warranty does not cover:
•Normal wear and tear, surface scratches, or fading over time
•Damage caused by misuse, neglect, impact, or improper handling
•Damage from exposure to harsh weather, chemicals, or prolonged direct sunlight
•Modifications or alterations made after purchase
•Improper installation, overloading, or use outside intended purpose
3. Conditions for Replacement or Repair
A replacement or repair will be considered only if:
1.Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is provided
2.The issue is reported within 30 days of purchase
3.Clear photos or videos of the defect are shared for assessment
4.The product has been used under normal indoor/outdoor conditions as intended
5.The product is returned in its original condition for inspection (if required)
Metallica Home reserves the right to determine whether the issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect.
If approved, we will:

•Replace it with the same or similar product (subject to availability)
