1. Refund Eligibility
•Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of placing your order.
•If the request is made within this period, you will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total order amount.
•After 24 hours, no refunds will be issued as production and processing begin immediately.
2. Refund Process
•To request a refund, please email us at metallicahome.pk@gmail.com. with your order number and reason for cancellation.
•Once approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original method of payment.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:
•After 24 hours of order placement
•Custom-made or personalized items
•Items damaged due to customer mishandling after delivery
4. Replacement Policy
In case of a damaged or defective product, please report it within 48 hours of delivery by sending photos/videos of the item to metallicahome.pk@gmail.com.
Eligible replacements will be processed as per our 30-day warranty terms.
